1. The Organiser

BitDraw Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These competitions are governed by UK law and comply with the UK Gambling Act 2005, section 14 (Prize Competitions).

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Residents of sanctioned or prohibited countries are not eligible. Employees of BitDraw Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must: (a) purchase one or more tickets at the stated price; (b) correctly answer a skill-based question; (c) provide accurate personal information; (d) complete payment in USDT TRC-20.

4. Ticket Prices

Individual tickets are priced at $60 USD each. Pack discounts may apply as displayed. All prices are in USD and payable in USDT TRC-20 cryptocurrency.

5. The Skill Question

As required by the UK Gambling Act 2005, each entry requires a correct answer to a skill-based question. Entries with incorrect answers are not valid.

6. Payment Verification

All payments are manually verified by BitDraw Ltd. Tickets are only confirmed once payment is verified. BitDraw reserves the right to reject any payment suspected of fraud.

7. The Draw

The draw takes place on the date displayed on the website. The draw is certified by randomdraws.com and results are publicly archived. The winner is selected randomly from all valid confirmed entries.

8. Prize

The prize (1 Bitcoin or as otherwise stated) is sent directly to the winner's registered wallet within 24 hours of the draw. No cash alternative is available.

9. Refunds

Ticket purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

General Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain. This is due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions.

Cancellation

Once a payment has been verified and tickets assigned, the entry cannot be cancelled. If a draw is cancelled by BitDraw Ltd, all participants will receive a full refund in USDT to their original wallet within 7 business days.

Failed Payments

If your payment cannot be verified within 72 hours, your entry will be voided and you may resubmit your payment. Contact support@bitdraw.win for assistance.
